A&M Mattress, a button, and the moment everything clicked.
LinkedTIERRA's first engagement was an A&M Mattress Co. plant in Houston in 2017 — a Lean Six Sigma project with a manufacturing engineering and plant layout scope. The breakthrough wasn't the process redesign. It was when we noticed how much value was lost in the seconds between a worker seeing a problem and the system finding out about it. That gap became this branch.
