I started LinkedTIERRA in 2016 because industrial decisions were still being made with thermometers and gut instinct. That gap between what we could measure and what we acted on was the engineering problem I wanted to solve.
The first engagement was an A&M Mattress Co. plant in Houston in 2017 — Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing engineering, plant layout, and process optimization. That work delivered on its scope and then taught us something bigger: the value sitting in the seconds between a worker seeing a problem and the system finding out about it. That insight grew into the AI branch.
Today the practice spans four branches — Thermal, Dynamics, AI, Neuro — and one platform, LinkedTIERRA Live. The methodology hasn't changed since 2017: measure before you decide, model what you measure, validate the model, and only then act.
