The mistake is presenting them all as equal products. They are not. The right classification determines how you engage with them.

The methodology is delivered manually by the LinkedTIERRA team for clients who need the work done without a platform subscription. Dynamics (Lean Six Sigma), AI Building Services, Computational Projects.

Example: Dynamics consulting — a DMAIC engagement delivered by hand before any platform exists.

In formation

Product (forming / active)

The capability has been productized — customers interact with it directly through a portal or subscription. Thermal is a product. Care is a product. Computational Systems is forming. AI Engine may become one.

Example: LinkedTIERRA Thermal — sensor data, digital twin, operator portal, subscription.
