Throughput and bottleneck modeling
Where is the system constrained? What is the limiting step? Where does value get lost in wait time, rework, or misrouted information? Lean analysis applied to any complex system.
Process control and sustaining
Control plans, SOP documentation, statistical process control charts. Improvements don't hold without control — this is the closing phase of every DMAIC engagement.
